The website´s form accepts following formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, rtf, txt.

In case of usage of digital data box (datová schránka), the accepted formats are: pdf, PDF/A, xml, fo, zfo, html, htm, odt, ods, odp, txt, csv, rtf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, jpg, jpeg, jfif, png, tif, tiff, gif, mpg, mpeg, mpeg1, mpeg2, wav, mp2, mp3, mp4, m4s, mp4p, mp4v, isdoc, isdocx, edi, dwg, shp, dbf, shx, prj, gix, sbn, sbx, dgn, gml, gfs, xsd, heic, heif, zip, asics, scs, asice, sce.

The delivery of data message shall be confirmed to the sender if it is possible to detect the e-mail address from the received data message of the sender. The confirming message includes the information on the date and time of delivery of the message. If the confirmation of receipt of data message is not received, the message was not delivered. The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic shall send the message confirming the delivery the next working day after the day of delivery at the latest.
